Responsibilities- Provide professional nursing care to critically ill patients, utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- Develop and implement individualized plans of care that reflect the patient's unique needs and goals.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
- Participate in departmental performance improvement activities to enhance patient care and safety.
- Utilize effective communication and interpersonal skills to provide exceptional patient and family-centered care.
- One year of recent experience in Critical Care or successful completion of a KP Critical Care course.
- Registered Nurse License (California) and Basic Life Support certification.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification preferred.
