Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
  • A minimum of four years of experience in Human Resources, with at least two years in a managerial role.
  • Experience in the automotive industry is required.
  • Familiarity with ADP systems is preferred.
  • Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe applications.
  • Strong presentation and written communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a solid administrative background.
  • In-depth understanding of HR trends and practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage diverse experiences effectively.
  • Strong skills in employee relations.
  • Willingness to travel to various business units as needed.
  • Valid Driver's License is required.
  • Ability to pass a drug screening and background check.
