Waldorf Astoria Monarch Beach Resort & Club is seeking a skilled Beach Attendant to join their Recreation Team. Located in the picturesque coastal town of Dana Point, this resort offers a unique opportunity to provide exceptional guest experiences in a beautiful and relaxed environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide friendly and efficient service to guests, responding to their requests in a timely manner.
  • Confirm guest registration and distribute beach towels, chairs, and umbrellas, ensuring a seamless experience for all.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the beach area, including emptying used towel bins and replenishing stock.
  • Perform general beach-related duties as needed, ensuring the highest standards of service and quality.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends, weekdays, and holidays.
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks in a beach environment, including lifting and carrying equipment.
