Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a collaborative, passionate, and experienced Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join our multidisciplinary team. As a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner at Sol Mental Health, you will provide compassionate and ethical outpatient mental health treatment and medication management to adult, young adult, adolescent, and pediatric patients.

• Provide integrated care and employ evidence-based treatment modalities with a diverse mix of patients receiving mental health treatment for anxiety, trauma-related disorders, and more.
• Work closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care and support.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each patient.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to diagnose and treat mental health conditions.
• Prescribe and manage medications as needed to support patient care.

• Licensed Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) in the state of NY.
• Active DEA license in New York.
• Active NPI number.
• 2+ years of experience providing medication management treatment to adult, young adult, adolescent, and pediatric patients as a Nurse Practitioner in a Behavioral Health setting.
• Demonstrated experience caring for a diverse mix of patients receiving mental health treatment for anxiety, trauma-related disorders, and more.
• Skilled in evidence-based clinical treatment methods and applying varied interventions with patients in crisis.
• Excellent clinical knowledge and communication skills.

Salary Range: $140,000-170,000
