Pediatric Private Duty LPN

We are seeking a skilled Pediatric Private Duty LPN to provide high-quality care to patients in the Nolensville, TN area. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of patients and families, providing individualized care and support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to patients in their homes, as prescribed by physicians.
• Record clinical and progress notes, and coordinate other patient care activities to ensure the highest quality of care.
• Work under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse and/or designated supervisor.

Requirements:

• Previous home care experience preferred.
• Licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of Tennessee.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
