Key Responsibilities
  • Collect, analyze, and report data to identify areas for performance improvement
  • Facilitate performance improvement activities with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Monitor and track quality performance metrics and trends
  • Assist with ensuring compliance with regulatory agencies
Requirements
  • Registered Nurse, BSN preferred or minimum of 3 years hospital clinical experience required
  • Performance and Process Improvement/Lean experience, preferred
  • Knowledge of computer systems, preferred
  • Certification in PI/Lean tools preferred
  • Knowledge of Cerner Electronic Health Record preferred
  • Auditing experience preferred
