Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Assist the Site Manager in managing a team of associates and maintenance professionals, ensuring high-quality service and a positive work environment.
- Customer Service: Effectively answer customer questions, handle complaints, and escalate issues to the Site Manager as needed.
- Operations Management: Assist the Site Manager in ensuring proper staffing and scheduling, maintaining equipment and supply inventory, and monitoring service quality.
- Training and Development: Ensure all site staff receive training and development to meet company standards.
- Business Growth: Assist the Site Manager in driving business growth through profitably growing the business and promoting a positive and high-energy environment.
- At least 1 year of experience in managing or demonstrated leadership ability with an interest in sales or a background in a selling/operations position.
- Customer service and goal-oriented, with high attention to detail, a high level of initiative, and the ability to drive the business.
- Bilingual / English and Spanish.
- Availability to work 40 hours+ and a varied schedule to meet business needs.
- Self-motivated with good communication skills, sales, and marketing experience a plus, team player.
- Ability to perform physical duties in inclement weather.
- Experience is preferred but not required.
- Car Wash experience is a HUGE plus.
- A smile and positive attitude.
