Position Overview:

As a Software Engineer, you will engage in the design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of software solutions and related systems within a collaborative team setting. Key Responsibilities:

  • Craft and implement code utilizing contemporary techniques under the supervision of the System Architect.
  • Evaluate business requirements and challenges to determine the most effective solutions.

  • Support testing and documentation teams.
  • Engage in a collaborative team environment, including mentoring developers, conducting regular code reviews, and providing training.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Participate in and guide accepted project methodologies.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the Company's operational processes.
  • Conduct unit and integration testing prior to deployment.
  • Perform both functional and non-functional testing.
  • Troubleshoot and debug software applications.
  • Assess existing applications for reprogramming, updates, and feature enhancements.
  • Create technical documentation and manuals to accurately represent application design and code.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in software development within the .NET environment.

Technical Skills:

  • C#
  • ASP.NET MVC
  • Experience with LINQ or Entity Framework
  • JavaScript/JQuery
  • Unity, IOC
  • N-Tier Development

Database Proficiency:

  • Experience with Oracle 12c or SQL Server.
  • Ability to interpret and understand relational data models.

Reporting Tools:

  • Experience with Active Reports, XSLFO, SSRS, or Open Office.
  • Familiarity with Visual Studio 2013 or later.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Microsoft Certifications are advantageous.
  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of software design and programming principles.
  • A collaborative team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Attention to detail and effective time-management skills.
