Compensation and Benefits:
- Referral bonus of $100

Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire (90 days)
Shift Details:
- Nights: 2:30 PM - 11:30 PM, Monday to Friday (with occasional weekends)
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate effectively with team members across various operational departments, including Assembly, Coating, and Quality Inspection.
- Adhere strictly to instructions and procedures while contributing ideas for process enhancement.
- Handle delicate components, ensuring precision and care in all tasks.
- Conduct inspections of products and machinery, reporting any discrepancies.
- Utilize Microsoft Suite and other manufacturing software for data management and communication.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, complying with all safety and quality standards.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Strong mathematical skills
- Proficiency in computer applications
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Previous experience in optical manufacturing or similar environments is required
Preferred Skills:
- Mechanical aptitude and interest in scientific processes
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles
- Some college education or an Associate's Degree in a relevant field is preferred
Working Conditions:
- Manufacturing environment with moderate noise levels
- Physical demands include standing, sitting, and lifting up to 35 pounds
- Exposure to various cleaning agents and machinery
