ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Welcome Nintendo employees, contractors, and visitors while ensuring compliance with C-TPAT security protocols.
  • Maintain and submit daily and weekly visitor logs to uphold C-TPAT standards.
  • Verify identification badges and access documents for employees, contractors, and visitors.
  • Guide emergency response teams and vehicles as required.
  • Communicate effectively with relevant personnel in case of schedule changes.
  • Exhibit regular, punctual, and dependable attendance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Familiarity with security and public safety procedures.
  • Experience or willingness to learn proper load/unload protocols in Receiving/Shipping areas.
  • Proficient in using PCs, with knowledge of IBM iSeries and Oracle EBS systems, as well as scanners and handheld computer devices.
  • Competent in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Skills developed through formal training or extensive work experience are essential.
  • Capable of performing daily operational tasks effectively.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Note: Applicants must possess legal eligibility to work in the United States. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

This role is based onsite and does not offer remote work options.

The compensation for this position includes a base pay range of $27.88 per hour, along with the potential for a semi-annual discretionary performance bonus and a comprehensive benefits package that encompasses medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off.
