We are seeking an Architectural Drafter to join our team as we continue to grow and expand our services in Northeast Florida.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and contribute to the design and planning phases of residential and commercial projects, ensuring timely and budget-friendly execution.
  • Develop innovative and functional solutions that meet client requirements and adhere to building codes and regulations, while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail.
  • Proficiently use AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant software to produce accurate and detailed drawings, ensuring seamless project execution.
  • Prepare comprehensive construction documents and specifications, ensuring all necessary information is included and easily accessible.
  • Oversee and manage projects from conception to completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are met, and delivering high-quality results to clients.
  • Coordinate with project teams, consultants, and contractors to facilitate smooth project execution, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of Florida building codes, zoning regulations, and other relevant standards, ensuring all designs comply with applicable codes and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution, with a strong foundation in design principles and practices.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working beside a licensed architect, with a proven track record of successfully completing residential and commercial projects.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant design software, with a strong understanding of 3D modeling and rendering tools.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to think creatively and solve complex design challenges, with a strong conceptual and design skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail in drafting, documentation, and project management, with a commitment to delivering high-quality deliverables.
