Job Overview
California Closets is a leading brand in the closet industry, and we're seeking a skilled Install Carpenter to join our team. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for delivering and installing custom closet systems, wall units, entertainment centers, garages units, home offices, and more.

Key Responsibilities
• Build projects accurately and within time and budget specifications.
• Utilize power tools, power saws, hand tools, dowels, screws, and other tools and fasteners to complete projects.
• Attach specified door pulls and hardware and hang cabinet doors on frames.
• Install light fixtures such as puck lighting and pole lighting.

Requirements
• Work experience in cabinetry, woodworking, trim carpentry, or a related trade is required.
• Excellent verbal communication skills are essential.
• Ability to accurately measure and skillfully build is crucial.
• Extremely accurate and detail-oriented, with a focus on quality and precision.
• Must be neat and represent our brand with professionalism.

Physical Requirements
• Must be able to lift and carry loads of melamine and tools as needed to complete jobs.
• Prolonged periods of standing and building are required.
• Must be able to bend, squat, reach, stretch, and move to take accurate and appropriate measurements.
• Visual acuity necessary to measure and assemble units and read plans.
