Position Summary: We are currently seeking a skilled Field Adjuster to join our dynamic team. This role involves conducting field inspections for both residential and commercial properties, ensuring thorough investigations and accurate assessments of claims.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct detailed inspections of residential and commercial properties using industry-standard estimating software.
  • Investigate claims by gathering recorded statements from involved parties and interviewing relevant officials.
  • Assess and recommend claim reserves based on comprehensive investigations, supported by detailed reports.
  • Review coverage forms and endorsements, providing a meticulous analysis of coverage issues in initial reports.
  • Ensure high-quality outputs by adhering to established best practices.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in first-party commercial and/or residential property adjusting.
  • Proficiency in estimating software, preferably Xactimate (experience with Symbility is a plus).
  • Strong time management and customer service skills.
  • Ability to prepare detailed reports, including Statements of Loss and Proof of Loss.
  • Possession of a valid state adjusters license and a driver's license.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Comprehensive understanding of property and liability insurance coverage and industry standards.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Reliable, prompt, and approachable demeanor.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A college degree or relevant professional designations such as AIC, IICRC, or HAAG.
