Job Summary

CHI St Joseph Regional Health Care Center is seeking a highly skilled Cardiac Sonographer to join our Echocardiography team. As a key member of our diagnostic imaging department, you will be responsible for performing high-quality echocardiography exams and providing exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities
  • Perform echocardiography exams on patients of all ages, including pediatric and neonatal patients
  • Operate and maintain various echocardiography equipment, including Meditech, McKesson, Toshiba, GE, and Philips systems
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure accurate and timely exam results
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and department efficiency
  • Meet productivity and quality standards, as well as adhere to departmental policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Registered Cardiac Sonographer (RCS) certification via CCI Verification
  • Current BLS and ARDMS certifications
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
