Building Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Building Maintenance Engineer to join our team at Montana Trailhead Inn. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel's equipment and systems.
Key Responsibilities- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on hotel equipment and systems
- Conduct preventive maintenance routines to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance
- Respond to emergency situations outside of regular working hours
- Collaborate with colleagues and management to ensure seamless operations
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices
- High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant technical training or certification a plus
- Valid driver's license and good driving record required
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs. or more
- Good knowledge of computer software, preferably facilities management software
