Job Title: Teller

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Teller to join our team at American National Bank. As a Teller, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing transactions, and supporting sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide top-notch customer service while effectively processing transactions and supporting sales.
  • Record all transactions, prepare daily settlements of teller cash, and proof transactions according to branch procedures.
  • Process transactions for various bank products and services, including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, cashier checks, money orders, and credit card cash advances.
  • Perform clerical duties, such as answering calls, processing incoming mail and deliveries, filing, and typing.
Requirements:
  • Four to six months of teller experience, or equivalent client service and/or cash handling experience.
  • Previous sales experience is preferred.
  • In pursuit of a high school diploma or its equivalent is required.
