Position Overview

As a **Textile Embroidery Specialist**, you will have the opportunity to work flexible hours, with options available Monday through Friday after 5 PM, or during day or night shifts on Saturdays.

Compensation: Starting pay ranges from $15.00 to $17.50 per hour, with a review of your pay rate after 30 days based on your production and accuracy.

This role can be tailored to fit either part-time or full-time schedules.

Key Responsibilities

We are looking for a dedicated and skilled embroidery machine operator to become a part of our team at Plexus Inc. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Setting up and operating embroidery machines
  • Selecting appropriate tools and materials for each project
  • Troubleshooting any equipment issues that may arise
  • Ensuring all projects meet client specifications

Additionally, you will be responsible for conducting regular maintenance on the machinery and providing creative input on design elements.

Qualifications
