We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mixologist and Service Expert to join our team at ClubCorp. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring the highest standards of service and beverage quality.

• Beverage Control and Service: Maintain accurate beverage inventory, control liquor pours, and provide exceptional service to members and guests.
• Bar and Service Operations: Ensure the bar area is clean and well-stocked, and that all necessary items are in place.
• Customer Service and Relations: Develop strong relationships with members and guests, and consistently display the Three Steps of Service at all opportunities to provide service.
• Teamwork and Collaboration: Assist fellow employees, members, and guests to ensure delivery of exceptional service, and participate as a member of the team.
• Communication and Problem-Solving: Communicate effectively with team members and management, and resolve any customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.

• Education: High school diploma preferred.
• Experience: Previous food and beverage experience preferred.
• Certifications: Alcohol and food safety awareness certificate.
• Skills: Excellent communication skills, articulate speech, and ability to follow instructions well.
