Job Description
The Commercial Roofing Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing field operations and ensuring that projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. This role requires strong leadership skills, with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously and coordinate with project managers to ensure smooth execution and timely completion.

Responsibilities
- Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating with project managers to ensure smooth execution and timely completion
- Ensure all work is conducted in accordance with safety regulations, manufacturer standards, and project specifications
- Lead a team of roofing crews and subcontractors, providing guidance and mentorship to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Develop and implement strategies to increase productivity, maintain job quality, and schedule budgets

Requirements
- Highly motivated and experienced individual with a strong background in roofing
- Proven leadership skills, with ability to hire, manage, and lead teams
- Strong knowledge of composition roofing and/or low slope installations
- Excellent communication skills, with ability to effectively communicate with project team members, clients, and stakeholders
