Como Educador en nuestra ubicación de KinderCare Blacksburg Sur, tendrás la oportunidad única de impactar directamente las vidas de los niños y sus familias a diario. Trabajarás junto a una comunidad solidaria de individuos apasionados que comparten un objetivo común: proporcionar el mejor cuidado y educación para los jóvenes aprendices.

  • Implementar un currículo atractivo adaptado a las necesidades de cada niño.
  • Crear un ambiente seguro y acogedor para el juego y el aprendizaje.
  • Colaborar con los padres para asegurar el bienestar general de los niños.
  • Apoyar el éxito del centro trabajando hacia objetivos de inscripción y participación.
  • Construir relaciones positivas con familias, personal y socios comunitarios.

Requisitos:

  • Excelentes habilidades de servicio al cliente y organización.
  • Certificación en RCP y Primeros Auxilios (o disposición para obtenerla).
  • Cumplir con las calificaciones específicas del estado para el rol.
  • Credencial activa de Asociado en Desarrollo Infantil (CDA) (o disposición para obtenerla).
  • Capacidad física para interactuar con los niños y realizar las tareas requeridas.
  • Dominio del inglés para una comunicación efectiva con niños y padres.
