Primary Care Clinic Nurse

We are seeking a compassionate and highly motivated medical professional to join our talented healthcare office staff as a primary care clinic nurse. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in continuing the healing mission of Deaconess.
Job Summary:The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing patients for examination, assisting physicians with procedures, and documenting patient information accurately. Additionally, they will perform routine office testing, administer medications, and respond to tasks and inquiries promptly.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- RN/LPN: Completion of an accredited school of Practical Nursing
- CMA: High School Diploma or equivalent required, Graduate of accredited Medical Assisting or equivalent work experience required, CMA certification required within 6 months
- Licenses/Certificates: LPN: Illinois LPN license & AHA Basic Life Support for Healthcare Provider (BLS) Certification required, CMA: Certification or registration with a nationally recognized organization required within 6 months of hire, AHA Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers (BLS) certification required upon hire
