This locum position requires a Physician to provide care in a clinical setting, performing diagnostic and interventional cardiovascular procedures. The ideal candidate will have experience in angioplasty, stenting, and catheterizations, as well as strong diagnostic and clinical judgment skills.
The Physician will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans, interpret diagnostic tests and imaging studies, and monitor patient progress. Additionally, they will address acute cardiovascular emergencies and complications, maintaining detailed and accurate medical records.
Requirements:- Board certification in cardiology by the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM) or the American Osteopathic Association (AOA)
- Fellowship in cardiology, with specific training in interventional cardiology
- Active and unrestricted medical license in Illinois
- At least one year of experience providing care in a clinical setting
