Foster Care Specialist

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Foster Care Worker to join our team at TFI Family Services, Inc.
As a Foster Care Worker, you will work closely with children and families to ensure their well-being and safety. Your primary responsibility will be to teach essential skills such as emotion regulation, healthy relationships, conflict resolution, and communication to help families build strong, long-lasting relationships.
Key Responsibilities- Work with foster parents to train, license, and support them in providing a stable and nurturing environment for children.
- Develop and implement individualized plans to address the unique needs of each child and family.
- Collaborate with community resources to provide families with access to necessary services and support.
- Conduct regular home visits and assessments to ensure the safety and well-being of children.
We are looking for someone with a bachelor's degree in social work or a related field, and two or more years of experience in the human services field. A master's degree in a human services field is also acceptable. If you have a passion for helping families and children, and a strong desire to make a positive impact, we encourage you to apply.
What We OfferAs a Foster Care Worker with TFI Family Services, Inc., you will enjoy a competitive salary, flexible scheduling, and remote work options. You will also receive 20 days of personal leave in your first year of employment, 25 days after completion of year one, and 12 paid holidays. Additionally, you will be eligible for a longevity bonus and tuition reimbursement.
