Job Description

Concept Rehab offers a Competitive Salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, along with opportunities for professional growth and development in a supportive environment.

We are seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to join our team as a Clinical Rehabilitation Therapist. As a member of our dynamic team, you will have the opportunity to make a daily difference for patients, families, and facilities we serve.

The successful candidate will provide competent, courteous, and respectful evaluation and treatment of patients for difficulties with mobility, function, strength, and positioning. They will communicate and collaborate with families, physicians, and other health team members and maintain impeccable, professional documentation of services in the medical record.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate Patients for rehabilitation services within 24 to 48 hours of physician's orders.
  • Develop effective treatment plans that meet the individual needs of each patient.
  • Treat patients according to the treatment plan of care, promoting functional independence and overall well-being.
  • Supervise the Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant in the delivery of clinical services and interactions with other staff, patients, and family members.

Requirements:

  • B.S., Masters or DPT in Physical Therapy.
  • Licensed in the state(s) where services are being provided as a Physical Therapist.
