Job Overview

We are seeking a Part Time Coffee Sales Advisor to represent our client, Nespresso, in local housewares retailers. As a Nespresso Expert, you will serve as an in-store consultant, providing live machine demonstrations and highlighting the benefits of Nespresso brewing products.

Schedule and Benefits

This position offers 8-12 hours per weekend, with flexible scheduling on Saturdays and Sundays. The wage range for this role is $23.00 to $25.00 per hour, commensurate with experience. Additional benefits include paid online and in-store training sessions, W2 employment, biweekly pay schedule, direct deposit, 401(k) option with employer match, and paid time off.

Duties and Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have an enthusiastic attitude, passion for coffee drinking, and be driven to transform ordinary shoppers into brand enthusiasts. Key responsibilities include:

  • Exuding enthusiasm and passion for the Nespresso brand at all times
  • Providing customers with the full Nespresso experience, including coffee tastings, engaging machine demonstrations, and recommending product solutions
  • Increasing product sales and machine registrations through best-in-class demos and knowledge of products
  • Operating the Nespresso Trade Mobile Application to register machine purchases and coffee orders
