About the Role

Fusion Lifestyle is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Lifeguard to join our team at Hawkwell. As a Lifeguard, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety of our customers in and around the water.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for our customers.
  • Perform pool testing and maintenance according to procedures.
  • Assist with cleaning and setting up activities and events.
  • Work a 40-hour week across varying rotated shifts, including evenings and weekends.
Requirements
  • UK recognised pool lifeguard qualification.
  • Understanding of relevant health and safety legislation.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and ability to correct behaviour of pool users.
  • High standard of physical fitness.
  • Confidence and approachable nature.
