Job Title: Weekend Licensed Practical Nurse

Complete Care At Home is seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) to join our team in Loganville. As a home care LPN, you will provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes, creating personalized care plans, administering medications, and educating patients and their families on their conditions.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes
  • Create personalized care plans to meet patients' needs
  • Administer medications and perform wound care
  • Monitor patients' conditions and communicate with physicians and other healthcare professionals
  • Educate patients and their families on their conditions and provide emotional support
Requirements:
  • Associate's Degree in Nursing
  • Current BLS certification
  • At least 1 year of LPN experience, with home care experience preferred
