We're looking for someone who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can juggle multiple tasks at once. You will be responsible for preparing and serving ready-to-eat food, maintaining a clean and sanitized area, and ensuring that shelves are clean and well-stocked.

What You'll Do...

Be a Team Member:
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product specifications related to prepared food merchandise; collaborate with cross-functional teams and help educate other associates on tools, tasks, and resources; communicate effectively with the team; and be flexible to meet the needs of the business to work in other areas

Be an Expert:
Prepare food according to item specifications; understand and plan future productions and mass productions; prepare for seasonality; adhere to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold chain compliance, inventory management; operate, maintain, and sanitize equipment; and demonstrate an understanding of product and layout execution

Be a Techie:
Leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement; utilize handheld technology to make immediate business decisions related to production, training, and product quality with the member in mind; adapt to new tools and encourage others to use them

Be an Owner:
Drive the performance of the area; utilize digital tools; manage high-exposure and expectations; stock and rotate merchandise; ensure quality and date control standards; eliminate waste; guide peers and provide attention to customer needs; assist customers according to company policies and procedures

Be a Talent Ambassador:

Be an advocate for the department and the club by valuing the member's experience in the meat area and modeling high-quality service and products; execute the basics at the highest possible level of quality; and exhibit energy, commitment, and passion for the work.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.
