The Registered Dental Assistant will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting our dental team in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding customer service to patients, maintaining a positive chair-side manner.
  • Assist the dentist with dental procedures, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
  • Take radiographs of patients using standard dental radiographic equipment.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the office and treatment rooms.
  • Review patient charts before the doctor's arrival, document patient data during exams and treatments, and transcribe doctor notes accurately.
  • Ensure patient confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Verify patient health history and document relevant information in patient charts.
  • Assist with other office duties as needed or requested.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience as a Registered Dental Assistant is required.
  • Proficiency in Dentrix software is highly preferred.
  • Possession of a valid Dental Assistant license as required by the state.
  • Demonstrated positive attitude and demeanor.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation and Benefits:
  • Pay Range: $19.00 to $26.00 per hour.
  • Bonus: Not applicable.
  • 401K: Yes, with a 4% match.
