- Participate in performance improvement activities to enhance patient care and safety.
- Stay current with evidence-based practice and adhere to hospital policies and procedures.
- Current Massachusetts Registered Nurse License.
- 2-3 years of nursing experience preferred.
- Ability to read, write, and speak clearly in English.
- Ability to lead, guide, and motivate staff.
