Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at our optical lens manufacturing facility. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production equipment and maintaining a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Preventative Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks to prevent equipment failures and ensure optimal performance.
  • Equipment Repair and Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve equipment issues, including root-cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions.
  • Equipment Installation and Modification: Install and modify equipment as required to meet production needs.
  • Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including logs and reports.
  • Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and standards, including OSHA and NEC.
Requirements
  • Education: GED or equivalent.
  • Experience: 0-2 years of related maintenance experience.
  • Skills: Advanced mechanical and electrical skills, basic knowledge of automation technology and PLC systems, and ability to lift 50 pounds.
  • Personal Qualities: Good communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and desire to learn and grow.
