Culinary Team Member Opportunity:

The Springs Events seeks a highly motivated and experienced Sous Chef to join our dynamic culinary team. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering exceptional cuisine for our clients.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to the development and execution of menus tailored to client preferences
  • Collaborate with other chefs to maintain consistent quality and presentation standards
  • Oversee inventory management to prevent stock shortages and optimize ordering
  • Proven expertise in preparing fresh produce, proteins, and other ingredients
  • Adept at maintaining a clean and organized workspace to ensure efficiency and safety
Desirable Skills and Experience:
  • At least 3 years of experience in a commercial kitchen environment
  • Knowledge of catering and event production processes
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills for effective collaboration
  • Superb knife skills and ability to work efficiently under pressure
Working Environment:

This role requires the ability to meet physical demands associated with cooking, lifting, and standing for extended periods.

  • Standing, walking, and manual dexterity are essential components of this job.
Compensation Details:
