Key Responsibilities- Provide professional nursing care to patients, utilizing the nursing process and patient-centered care principles.
- Develop and implement individualized plans of care, incorporating patient and family input and goals.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and optimal patient outcomes.
- Document patient education and learning in the health record.
