About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Hospitality Suite Attendant to join our team at AVE by Korman Communities. As a Hospitality Suite Attendant, you will play a critical role in maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of our fully-furnished suites, ensuring an exceptional experience for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete light and deep cleaning tasks for one and two-bedroom suites, including stripping and making beds, vacuuming, and replenishing linens and amenities.">
• Maintain the cleanliness of housekeeping carts, laundry rooms, and break rooms.">
• Prepare unfurnished apartments for move-in and ensure they are ready for occupancy.">

Requirements:

To be successful as a Hospitality Suite Attendant, you should have:

• A minimum of one year of housekeeping experience.">
• Demonstrated strong customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional resident experiences.">
• The ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a dynamic team.">
• The stamina to perform physically demanding tasks and lift moderate weights.">
• Reliable transportation to and from work.">
