A Day in the Life:
As a Customer Service Ambassador, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers through timely and efficient resolution of their inquiries and concerns. Your day will begin with reviewing customer accounts and preparing for the day's activities. You will then engage with customers via phone, email, or chat, responding to their queries and addressing any concerns they may have. Your primary goal is to ensure that every customer interaction is positive and satisfactory. You will also work closely with our sales teams to coordinate incoming customer requests and maintain accurate records of all customer interactions.

Responsibilities:
* Manage a high volume of inbound calls and respond professionally and efficiently.
* Address and resolve customer inquiries and concerns promptly.
* Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
* Complete necessary forms and applications for customer request fulfillment.
* Assist with delivery-related issues and status updates.

Requirements:
* Previous experience in call center or customer service environment required.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Proficiency in data entry and basic computer applications.
* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
* Professional phone etiquette and excellent problem-solving skills.
* Reliable internet connection for remote workdays.
