Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Security Guard/Custodian to join our team at Harmonic Hot Tubs. As a Security Guard/Custodian, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our facility while also maintaining its cleanliness and upkeep. **Key Responsibilities:**
  • Monitor surveillance cameras to detect any potential security threats
  • Conduct regular patrols of the premises to prevent unauthorized access
  • Report any suspicious behavior or activity to management immediately
  • Assist with janitorial duties such as taking out trash, wiping down surfaces and windows, sweeping and vacuuming
  • Open and close the building, controlling access to secure areas
  • Respond to emergencies in a timely and effective manner


**Requirements:**
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
  • Excellent observational skills and ability to remain vigilant
  • Strong physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Flexibility with working hours and willingness to adapt to changing situations


**Estimated Salary:** The estimated salary for this position is $45,000-$55,000 per year.
