Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans to address their physical therapy needs.
  • Administer and prescribe physical therapy interventions, including exercises, modalities, and other treatments.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
  • Participate in discharge planning and coordinate patient care with other healthcare providers.
Requirements
  • Completion of an accredited Physical Therapy training program with a Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy.
  • Current Physical Therapist License in California.
  • Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association.
  • Ability to work in a Labor/Management Partnership environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Membership in the American Physical Therapy Association.
