Job Summary:
AeroTurbine is seeking a seasoned Chief Inspector to oversee the quality inspection process of components, subassemblies, and finished products. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the removal, testing, repairing or replacement of components in accordance with technical orders.

Key Responsibilities:
• Train intermediate/senior level inspectors on engine overhaul inspection processes
• Write non-conforming materials reports and quarantine products that have been rejected by QA
• Lead quality and engineering investigations of process-related quality issues
• Read, understand, interpret, and follow maintenance manuals, illustrated parts catalogs, service bulletins, and technical orders
• Provide strong leadership and communication skills to mentor team members as their resident inspection expert on components, subassemblies, and complete engines
• Maintain a detail-oriented approach, stay on task, and demonstrate self-motivation
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and policies

Requirements:
• High school diploma or GED
• 10 to 15 years' experience in a Quality Control Inspection function
• Basic computer skills and understanding of the use of basic inspection tools
• J-85 engine experience desirable
• Proficient in the English language to interpret and follow various technical data

Compensation:
$33.00 to $39.00 hourly
