Orthopedic Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Orthopedic Surgeon to join our team at Aspirus Keweenaw Hospital in Laurium, Michigan.

The successful candidate will receive a total compensation package that includes up to $250,000 in signing incentives and a salary at the 65th-75th percentile.

This general orthopedic practice focuses on sports medicine and joint replacement cases, offering a diverse range of patients and a traditional schedule with no traditional call.

The ideal candidate will have advanced training in orthopedic surgery and experience working with a geriatric population, collegiate athletes, and outdoor enthusiasts.

Laurium, Michigan is a beautiful location surrounded by endless outdoor activities, including downhill skiing, snowmobiling, hunting, hiking, camping, fishing, and water sports.

The region boasts a regional airport with daily flights to Chicago's O'Hare airport, making it easily accessible for travel. Additionally, the area is home to Michigan Technological University, which offers a Division 1, 2, and 3 collegiate sports teams.
