About the Role

  • Accurately review and verify as-built documentation
  • Correct, combine, and sort all required documentation for customer delivery
  • Communicate and dispatch discrepancies to the Field Operations team
  • Ensure adherence to internal and external documentation standards and deadlines
  • Track closeout and quality data in company work management systems
  • Send weekly quality metrics to stakeholders
  • Create, understand, and improve documentation standards
  • Collaborate with the team to identify and eliminate quality obstacles to enhance metrics

Key Qualifications

  • Data entry expertise with speed and accuracy
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Prioritize and plan work activities and manage time efficiently
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
