The Quality Assurance Specialist reports to the Program Manager and supports both the Project Management and Field Operations team across the system.
About the Role
- Accurately review and verify as-built documentation
- Correct, combine, and sort all required documentation for customer delivery
- Communicate and dispatch discrepancies to the Field Operations team
- Ensure adherence to internal and external documentation standards and deadlines
- Track closeout and quality data in company work management systems
- Send weekly quality metrics to stakeholders
- Create, understand, and improve documentation standards
- Collaborate with the team to identify and eliminate quality obstacles to enhance metrics
Key Qualifications
- Data entry expertise with speed and accuracy
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Prioritize and plan work activities and manage time efficiently
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
