Salary Information

Job Description

This is a private duty LPN position that involves providing personalized care to children with various needs, including g-tube, trach, and ventilator support. Our team works closely with clients and families to develop customized care plans.

  • Provide nursing care in accordance with physician orders and individualized care plans.
  • Monitor and record patient progress, adjusting care plans as needed.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care.
