Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated housekeeping professional to uphold guest satisfaction at our esteemed establishment. The primary responsibilities include maintaining the cleanliness of guest accommodations, restrooms, and shared spaces, along with tasks such as making beds, organizing linens, and performing various cleaning duties as required. The ideal candidate is passionate about cleanliness, works well in a team, and possesses excellent organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure all assigned rooms are cleaned to the highest standards and according to the established schedule.

• Document the rooms that have been serviced, report any lost items, and note any damages or repairs needed.

• Perform tasks such as making beds, stripping sheets, stocking bathrooms with necessary supplies, doing laundry, vacuuming, mopping, and other cleaning duties as necessary.

• Address general inquiries from guests in a professional manner.

• Guarantee that guest rooms are immaculate and ready for incoming guests according to our hotel's standards.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in common areas, including the lobby, hallways, and restrooms, ensuring they are well-stocked with supplies.

Qualifications

• Comprehensive understanding of cleaning methods and products.

• A minimum of one year of experience in a professional housekeeping role is highly preferred.

• A diligent worker with exceptional time management, organizational, and communication abilities.

• High school diploma or equivalent certification is required.
