Key Responsibilities
  • System Deployment and Management: Deploy, manage, and support scalable, highly available, and fault-tolerant systems on Azure.
  • System Monitoring and Maintenance: Monitor system performance, configure alerts, and take preventive or corrective action as needed.
  • Cloud Security: Implement and maintain cloud security measures to protect data and manage access controls.
  • Automation and Scripting: Automate repetitive tasks for system provisioning, configuration, and maintenance using PowerShell scripting and automation tools.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with development teams to deploy and manage CI/CD pipelines and provide technical support and training to team members and stakeholders on Azure-related initiatives.
Requirements
  • Experience and Skills: Proven experience as an Azure Administrator, Cloud Systems Administrator, or a similar role with strong background in system administration, cloud-based technologies, and a solid understanding of network and security protocols.
  • Knowledge and Certifications: Strong knowledge of Azure services including VMs, Azure Functions, Azure SQL, Azure Active Directory, and Azure Networking, as well as Azure certifications such as Azure Administrator Associate or Azure Solutions Architect Expert.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards.
