About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Paralegal to join our Restaurant Development Legal Team at McDonald's Corporation. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting our business clients in building new McDonald's restaurants across the U.S.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Independently support our business clients to take on complex due diligence and construction issues
  • Analyze contracts, leases, easements, restrictive covenants, declarations, and other legal documents
  • Prepare and negotiate real estate documents such as declarations, easements, SNDAs, License Agreements, Closing Escrow Agreements, restrictive covenants, non-disturbance agreements
  • Manage purchase and lease transactions by gathering transactional documents, coordinating closings and overseeing recording of documents
  • Mentor and train Paralegals and other real estate legal professionals to support their growth and development

Requirements:

  • Paralegal certificate or equivalent education
  • 3+ years of experience as commercial real estate paralegal, preferably in a law firm or in-house legal department setting
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills to handle multiple competing priorities and embody a collaborative team spirit, strong work ethic, and unwavering reliability
