As a Procurement Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting the Global Procurement function by serving as a subject matter expert for Ariba usage across the organization. Your expertise will help users navigate the system effectively, resolve issues, and provide top-notch customer service.

This exciting opportunity involves driving knowledge sharing among internal systems users, collaborating with IT to resolve technical issues, and developing reports using SAP BI. You will also work closely with Shared Services/AP to ensure all suppliers are enabled on Ariba e-commerce and develop strategies to onboard new suppliers.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing troubleshooting and technical support for Ariba users
  • Creating user guides and documentation to facilitate effective Ariba usage
  • Collaborating with IT to resolve system issues and improve overall performance
  • Developing reports using SAP BI to support Global Procurement's KPIs and decision-making
  • Monitoring online catalogs for updates and product information
  • Loading contracts into Ariba Contracts and circulating reports to Global Procurement

We offer a competitive salary of $70,000-$90,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for growth and development within our dynamic organization.
