Dietitian - PRN

The Dietitian - PRN position at Austin Oaks Hospital is a key role in providing nutritional care to patients. As a registered dietitian, you will be responsible for approving menus, conducting nutritional assessments, and counseling patients and their families on dietary plans.

• Approve menus, including modified diets, for Austin Oaks Hospital
• Conduct nutritional assessments for patients as needed
• Counsel patients and their families on dietary plans, food selections, preparation, and nutritional principles
• Monitor the performance improvement plans of the Dietary Services department
• Provide input in the development and implementation of patient care plans related to nutritional needs

• Bachelor of Science degree in Nutrition or related field
• Minimum of three years of experience in dietary services, with a focus on nutritional assessment and planning
• Registration with the American Dietetic Association and state licensure required
