Pediatric Therapist

**About the Role:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Pediatric Physical Therapist to join our team at Family of Kidz. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing creative individual and group therapeutic interventions for children on your caseload.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and write up physical therapy evaluations
• Ongoing communication with lead supervisors & coordinators, specifically related to case management
• Maintain professionalism with families, school teams, and other professionals
• Maintain accurate and timely attendance and billing logs
• Create and maintain a schedule with assigned individual families/school personnel
• Collect data on each IFSP/IEP goal and reports on progress quarterly
• Provide input and attend/teleconference initial CPSE/CSE meetings and/or annual reviews

Requirements:

• Graduate from an accredited university with a degree in Physical Therapy
• Current New York State Physical Therapy License
• Bilingual is a plus

Compensation and Benefits:

• $70,000 - $80,000 per year (full-time)
