Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Physician to join our team at the Institute for Family Health. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and ensuring the delivery of excellent medical services.
Responsibilities- Maintain an active medical practice, conducting clinical sessions as assigned by your supervisor.
- Demonstrate competency in medical knowledge, clinical practice, and interpersonal and communication skills.
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with patients, families, colleagues, and other healthcare team members.
- Participate in continuous professional development, staying up-to-date with medical literature and best practices.
- Comply with organizational policies, regulations, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Assist with peer review and quality improvement projects.
- Participate in teaching and training activities, precepting residents and medical students as needed.
- Graduate degree in medicine.
- Current licensure and certification in good standing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong clinical and technical skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- A competitive salary range of $210,000.00 - $220,000.00 per year.
