Position Summary
As a Clinical Nursing Instructor, you will play a pivotal role in educating and inspiring the next generation of nurses. Your expertise and dedication will contribute to the professional growth of students as they navigate their nursing education.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality clinical instruction in accordance with the College's philosophy and curriculum.
- Oversee and evaluate nursing students as they provide care to patients, ensuring adherence to professional standards.
- Design and implement clinical experiences that align with course objectives and student learning needs.
- Provide constructive feedback to students regarding their performance and areas for improvement.
- Facilitate remediation sessions for students requiring additional support.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of clinical policies and procedures in collaboration with healthcare partners.
- Assess and grade student assignments, ensuring timely feedback.
- Collaborate with course coordinators to address student and agency-related concerns.
Qualifications
