Role OverviewWe are seeking a skilled and dedicated Travel Nurse Specialist to join our team at Epic Travel Staffing. As a Tele/Stepdown (Telemetry/PCU) nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care in an Intermediate Care Unit.
Key Responsibilities- Manage patients with complex medical conditions, including sepsis and trauma.
- Care for patients with diverse needs, such as stable, sepsis, trauma, alcohol detox, GI bleed, colostomy/ileostomy, chest tubes, TBI, Ortho Trauma, spinal cord injury, Stroke, and Primary Patients/Insulin Drips.
- Maintain accurate records using EPIC charting software, strongly preferred.
- Wisconsin RN License required.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Stepdown/Intermediate Care/PCU is necessary.
- BLS and ACLS certifications are mandatory.
